Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI agent deployments
- Configure integrations using integration platforms and APIs
- Collaborate on complex custom integration scenarios
- Test architectures, integration reliability, and agent performance
- Resolve blockers with internal departments and customers
- Scope AI agent deployments and provide architecture advice
- Design prompts and agent behavior using LLM knowledge
- Translate customer workflows into conversational components
- Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output
- Document best practices, guides, and product capabilities
