Security Engineer Corporate IT

You will build and own the Corporate IT and Security function. You will implement zero-trust identity and access management, manage access controls, secure communications and email workflows, and implement phishing protection. You will bridge research needs with external security requirements and support security audits for access to frontier models.

Responsibilities

• Implement a zero-trust identity and access management architecture
• Define identity lifecycles and manage access controls
• Secure communications, email, phishing protection, and collaborative workflows
• Bridge research needs with external AI lab security requirements
• Support security audits and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Systems configuration and automation scripting
• Experience building an IT or security function from scratch
• Security threat-modeling expertise
• Ability to explain technical security requirements clearly
• Knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• Ability to use AI tools carefully in the workflow
• Motivation to work on artificial superintelligence alignment full-time
