Sales Director Payments

You will grow revenue across crypto-native and financial-services accounts in the UK. You will pursue and manage prospects, build customer relationships, develop territory and account plans, partner with Sales Engineers, BDRs, and the GTM team, and keep CRM records current. You will close complex deals in financial services or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Work closely with the BDR and GTM teams
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers
• Conduct prospect, territory, and account planning
• Update and maintain CRM records

Requirements

• Enterprise software or institutional sales experience selling into financial services, crypto, blockchain, or fintech
• Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
• Track record of over-achievement
• Experience closing complex deals in financial services or fintech
• Experience working in a team-selling environment
• Willingness to prospect
