Sales Backoffice Manager

You will manage sales back-office activities, coordinate customer orders and project work, and work with Sales, Supply Chain Management, and other departments. You will ensure process compliance, improve operations, maintain data quality, and support reliable execution of customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate sales back-office activities
• Support customer order processing, product offerings, and project activities
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain Management, and other departments
• Ensure compliance with established processes
• Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements
• Manage internal stakeholders to support timely execution of requirements
• Maintain data quality, process reliability, and customer service standards

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Backoffice, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable operational function
• Experience in a manufacturing or production-oriented company
• Understanding of operational processes and interdependencies
• Organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to understand complex products, customer requirements, and project workflows
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Process understanding and analytical thinking
