Robotic Support Engineer

You will install operating systems, firmware, and software on end-of-line devices according to work instructions. You will diagnose software and hardware issues using logs and serial-terminal tools, execute end-of-line tests, upload test data, prepare reports, and rework software-related defects with hardware and software engineers.

Responsibilities

• Flash, burn, and install operating systems, firmware, and software on end-of-line devices
• Diagnose software failures, hardware alerts, and anomalies
• Use log and serial-terminal tools to perform root-cause analysis and submit problem reports
• Execute end-of-line test procedures and inspect mechanical and functional failures
• Upload test data to the cloud and compile test reports
• Rework software-related defects through reflashing, restoring settings, and configuration changes
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams on complex diagnostics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Familiarity with Ubuntu and ROS2
• Ability to read software logs and basic English technical terms
• At least 3 years of testing, repair, or software-flashing experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
• Troubleshooting and communication skills
