Research Platform Engineer

You will build and optimize a cloud-agnostic research platform. You will develop reliable CI systems, researcher development environments and data pipelines, optimize builds and environments, document tools, support researchers, and improve the platform experience. Remote candidates must visit a local office during onboarding and at least three days monthly.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable and reproducible research CI systems
• Build development environments for researchers
• Design and maintain data-pipeline solutions
• Optimize container images, library compilation, and Python environments
• Support researchers and improve their workflows
• Produce documentation for platform tools and systems
• Improve the daily research platform experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a DX, DevOps, or SRE role
