Recruiter
We are looking for a driven Recruiter who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment, handle challenging vacancies, and work independently.
The role is approximately 70% recruitment and 30% HR / People Operations support.
What you will do
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
Work with technical, engineering, operational, and business roles
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean/X-ray search
Work closely with hiring managers and take ownership of hiring results
Maintain ATS data, recruitment funnels, and basic analytics
Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process
Support basic HR processes: new hire preparation, equipment handover, team introductions, and other organizational tasks
What we expect
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Experience in MilTech / Defence Tech / hardware / UAV / IoT
Strong sourcing and direct search skills
Experience with ATS systems and recruitment metrics
Ability to work effectively under high workload and changing priorities
High level of ownership and responsibility for results
English B1+
