Rack System Program Manager

You will lead the execution of rack-scale AI system builds from prototype to volume production. You will manage build plans, quality gates, configuration control, engineering changes, schedules, costs, risks, manufacturing-partner communication, and production transfer.

Responsibilities

• Own EVT/DVT/PVT build plans and drive execution with CM/ODM partners
• Triage build issues and drive root-cause analysis
• Manage engineering change orders
• Manage rack-level BOM and configuration control
• Define and run quality gates for partner deliverables
• Own readiness criteria for each build phase
• Serve as the interface between internal design teams and manufacturing partners
• Track schedule, cost, and risk and escalate recommended decisions
• Drive production transfer and early production issue resolution

Requirements

• Extensive experience in NPI or CM/ODM program management for servers, networking equipment, or comparable complex hardware
• Engineering background sufficient to assess hardware build issues
• Experience taking a hardware product from prototype through volume production
• Experience managing overseas manufacturing partners
• Excellent English communication skills
