You will work with research, trading, and quantitative development colleagues to build and maintain trading architecture. You will develop, implement, and deploy trading scripts, while leading and growing the quantitative team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in trading and market microstructure
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in Python
- Experience with WebSocket, low-latency infrastructure, data streams, and fill orders
- Understanding of digital asset trading and blockchain
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
