Quality Engineer I
Description
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for quality engineering activities for assigned products and manufacturing processes.
Support quality activities during new product development (FEP), PP and PS stages.
Monitor and analyze quality performance and identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
Perform root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions for quality issues.
Apply 7 Quality Tools and statistical techniques for quality analysis and problem solving.
Review and approve product/reference samples for use in the manufacturing process.
Participate in daily production and quality meetings and follow up on quality issues.
Support data analysis and digital transformation initiatives within the Quality function.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, ISO requirements, and applicable product/toy testing standards.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, other internal functions, suppliers, and overseas teams on quality-related matters.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Quality Engineer I: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Quality Engineer II: More than 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Process Quality, or related areas.
Knowledge of 7 Quality Tools, Statistics, ISO 9001, and quality problem-solving techniques.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Experience in data analysis, digital tools, or digital transformation is an advantage.

Working Days: Monday–Friday
Working Hours: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Mattel Bangkok Limited, Bangpoo Industrial Estate (Export Processing Zone), Samut Prakan
