Our client is an innovative PropTech platform simplifying co-ownership and fractionated real estate investments. Their product manages the full lifecycle - from buying and selling property shares to guest stay management, booking engines, automated payments, and property operations.

Role Overview
As a Property Operations Manager, you will support the Operations Team in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and administrative workflows for vacation properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage property contracts, incoming/outgoing invoices, and preparatory accounting.
Prepare operational expenses, capital improvement reports, financial plans, and year-end statements.
Support property owners regarding issued invoices and administrative requests.
Consolidate operational data into scalable formats.

Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or real estate.
Languages: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (B2+) written and spoken German and English.
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); highly organized, detailed-oriented, and structured approach.
