We place experienced, tech-savvy operators directly into our clients' existing setups to handle day-to-day operations, back-office processes, and talent execution where automation stops. We are managing this recruitment process on behalf of our partner client.

Our client is a fast-growing proptech platform specializing in vacation home co-ownership. Backed by prominent European founders (Auto1, Smava, Numa), they are scaling rapidly to build the next proptech unicorn.

In your role as Property Marketing Manager (m/f/d), your focus will be on creating marketing and sales materials - including text, images, and video - for our properties.

Requirements:
Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing / content creation.
Education: A completed vocational training program or college degree.
Languages: Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Content & Design Skills:A knack for creating effective and visually appealing informational materials.
Experience using image editing software and, ideally, video editing software.

Software Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Interests & Soft Skills:Interest in real estate and vacation properties.
Strong communication skills and a meticulous, structured approach to work.

Responsibilities & Key Duties:
Content Creation: Creating text, images, and layout/materials for the website, social media, property listings, and brochures (print and PDF).
Website Management: Website content management.
Property Documentation: Creating documents and guides for our vacation properties.
Editorial: Writing articles for our magazine.
Data Management: Maintaining the real estate databases.
