Project Manager PMO Leased

You will lead project controls from development through handover. You will manage cost, scheduling, and planning activities; maintain integrated baselines; measure performance; oversee change and risk processes; review contractor reporting; and produce forecasts, dashboards, and reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project-level cost, scheduling, and planning personnel
• Develop and maintain project control baselines, budgets, and integrated schedules
• Run earned value analysis and integrate cost and schedule performance data
• Produce weekly and monthly reports and dashboards
• Administer change control and assess cost and schedule impacts
• Facilitate risk workshops and maintain risk registers
• Review contractor schedules, progress measurements, and payment applications
• Partner on forecasts, accruals, cash flow projections, and capitalization
• Capture lessons learned and improve controls standards and systems

Requirements

• 10+ years of project controls experience on large construction or capital projects
• At least 3 years in a lead or management role
• Experience with mission-critical or complex facilities
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, cost control, earned value management, and change management
• Ability to evaluate contractor schedules, cost reports, and progress claims
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Cost management platforms

• Power BI or similar dashboard tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
