Project Manager Industrial Controls Implementation

You will plan, schedule, and execute PLC updates and sustaining releases across live sites. You will manage Jira triage, coordinate maintenance windows, enforce change and rollback procedures, build release runbooks and dashboards, and align engineering, quality assurance, and site operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute PLC updates, hotfixes, and sustaining releases
• Facilitate triage and intake for site issues, enhancement requests, and escalations
• Maintain backlog hygiene, technical scoping, prioritization, and SLA tracking in Jira
• Coordinate maintenance windows, rollout schedules, and verification procedures
• Enforce change-management protocols, rollback strategies, and operational gating criteria
• Establish repeatable planning and release cadences
• Standardize rollout runbooks, dashboards, and post-release retrospectives
• Coordinate controls engineering, software release, quality assurance, and site operations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience
• Project engineering, release coordination, or project management experience in industrial automation, robotics, warehouse automation, or complex electromechanical systems
• Advanced Jira and Confluence proficiency
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder release schedules and change-management protocols
• Communication and organizational skills
• Technical experience with industrial PLC platforms, controls commissioning, systems integration, Agile methodologies, or project management frameworks
• Valid driver's license
