Project Coordinator

You will coordinate software and robotics projects from planning through delivery. You will track milestones, dependencies, risks, requirements, and ownership; prepare reports and meeting materials; align stakeholders; support procurement and change management; and improve project-management processes. You will build enough technical fluency to assess project plans critically.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects, tracking status, milestones, dependencies, and ownership
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers
• Identify risks and blockers, escalate them, and follow up until resolution
• Prepare status reports, management updates, agendas, and meeting minutes
• Present project progress to management, stakeholders, and customers
• Align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and responsibilities
• Handle procurement activities, including quotations, purchase requisitions, lead times, and supplier contact
• Support change-management communications, stakeholder engagement, and prioritization
• Improve project-management processes and templates
• Develop technical fluency in robotics and software to assess plans critically

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience coordinating technical projects in software, robotics, automation, or a similar field
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience independently creating planning, tracking, reporting, or documentation structures
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience with management presentations and reporting
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• Fluent English
• Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence
