Professional Services Consultant (German-Speaking)

Serve as the link between Ripple's technology and clients' financial goals by customizing treasury solutions, leading discovery, designing configurations, advising clients, configuring the platform, facilitating training, and collaborating on the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
• Design and document the "To-Be" state and determine the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury's suite
• Guide clients through treasury best practices and help modernize legacy processes
• Configure the platform hands-on to align the technical setup with client strategy
• Facilitate training sessions that empower users and maximize solution ROI
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to provide client feedback and influence the product roadmap

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations, particularly in ERP or SaaS
• A consultative approach and ability to lead clients toward improved outcomes
• Technical competence with software ecosystems and data flow between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to translate technical jargon into accessible financial concepts
• Expertise in treasury domains such as cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
• Financial proficiency with experience in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance
• Proficiency in both English and German
