Description
You will assemble and manufacture products, help establish and optimize production lines, process manufacturing orders, and document work in the system. You will monitor equipment, conduct inspections, repairs, and maintenance, maintain material availability, improve quality, and follow safety, environmental, ergonomic, and energy-management requirements.
Responsibilities
- Help establish production lines
- Monitor technical equipment
- Optimize processes
- Process manufacturing orders and perform work steps
- Record orders and work steps in the system
- Ensure correct parts inventory
- Conduct required inspections
- Perform specified repairs and maintenance
- Record inspection data
- Monitor product and work quality
- Initiate quality-improvement measures
- Follow occupational safety, accident-prevention, environmental, ergonomic, and energy-management requirements
Requirements
- Skilled-worker training in industrial mechanics, toolmaking, industrial electrical work, energy electronics, mechanics, or mechatronics
- Alternatively, at least four years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably assembly
- Knowledge of lean methods
- SAP
- Microsoft Office
- Very good German and good English
