Production Support Developer

You will investigate errors and performance issues on live platforms, databases, web servers, and application servers. You will diagnose defects, develop code and scripts to resolve technical issues, automate support processes, support testing and releases, and work with analysts and testers to meet service levels.

Responsibilities

• Investigate errors in live platforms
• Research and fix defects
• Develop code, scripts, and schemas to resolve technical issues
• Investigate database, web-server, and application-server problems
• Resolve performance issues
• Communicate with Production Analysts and Testers
• Automate manual production-support processes
• Resolve production issues with support developers
• Support testing and release processes for production fixes
• Support Service Managers in meeting KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations
