Production Coordination Logistics Supervisor

You will supervise Production Coordinators and logistics employees supporting data center construction and operations. You will manage work-order-driven material flow, inventory requests, shortages, kitting, BOM reconciliation, and on-time delivery. You will maintain inventory integrity, safety, system accuracy, workforce development, and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an hourly workforce
• Lead shift-level production coordination and material delivery
• Handle and protect high-value equipment to specifications
• Coordinate work-order and material-request priorities with stakeholders
• Reconcile work-order BOM quantities and released materials
• Maintain accurate company system data
• Supervise kitting, de-kitting, return-to-stock, and staging
• Ensure cycle counting, FIFO rotation, and environmental controls
• Lead cost-saving and continuous-improvement projects
• Approve employee timekeeping records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing, or 4+ years of such experience in lieu of a degree
• 1+ years of experience leading or supervising hourly warehouse, inventory, production coordination, or manufacturing teams
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to work at elevated heights and in extreme outdoor environments
• Ability to work with exposure to fumes, odors, and noise
• Willingness to operate forklifts and loaders
• Availability for shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Ability to work onsite in the Memphis, Tennessee / Southaven, Mississippi area
