Product Operations Analyst

You will support reliable product operations by settling crypto and fiat funds, reconciling balances, resolving exceptions, recording transactions, documenting operational flows, and supporting customers across a 24x7 global operating model.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Trading, and Treasury to settle crypto and fiat funds
• Reconcile positions and balances across business operations
• Assess asset risks and requirements and respond to market activity and exceptions
• Record transactions to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries
• Document existing finance operational flows
• Support a globally distributed customer base for 24x7 products, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in operations, settlement, and reconciliation
• Experience monitoring venues and systems in real time and resolving exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues
• Willingness to work weekend shifts
• Understanding of markets and instruments including cleared, OTC, crypto, and derivatives
• Experience implementing off-the-shelf and in-house solutions
