We are managing this recruitment process on behalf of our partner client.

About Our Client
Our client is an innovative PropTech platform simplifying co-ownership and fractionated real estate investments. Their product manages the full lifecycle - from buying and selling property shares to guest stay management, booking engines, automated payments, and property operations.

We bring together two complementary builder teams under one roof: a high-agency Engineering team (optimizing for scalability, security, and sustainability) and AI Builders (optimizing for speed using no-code, low-code, and AI-assisted tools).

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager - Platform to own the operating system behind our co-ownership offering (property acquisition, launch, co-owner operations, property management, and our owner app) and unite engineers and AI Builders on one single roadmap.

Team Setup: You’ll closely collaborate with 3–5 engineers and 2–3 AI Builders in a matrix environment (acting as a dotted-line partner).

This is a highly operational, hands-on role.

What You Will Do
One Joined Roadmap: Manage prioritization, specs, alignment, and QA for both engineers (requiring technical stringency) and AI Builders (requiring lightweight 80/20 structures) without slowing execution down.
Paired Projects & Productization: Facilitate joint projects between engineers and AI Builders, defining clear paths to productize AI-built prototypes into the core platform once validated.
Processes & Risk Awareness: Maintain lightweight intake processes, surface security/scalability risks in AI solutions, and bring essential engineering practices (monitoring, documentation) to the automation layer. Note: Formal enforcement of non-negotiable guardrails and compliance sits with a separate dedicated function, not with this role.
Senior Product Voice: Drive consistent product practices and act as the senior product voice across all dimensions (Growth, Finance, Platform).

Requirements
Proven PM Delivery: Strong track record of delivering specs, roadmaps, and shipping products with engineering teams.
Data & ROI-Driven: Grounds prioritization in data and directly owns business-value KPIs.
AI-Native Fluency: Hands-on experience building with no-code, low-code, and AI-assisted ("vibe-coding") tools.
Technical Peer: Deep technical fluency to collaborate as a genuine peer with software engineers.
Creates Clarity: Thrives in ambiguous environments and builds clear structure where none exists.
Influence Without Authority: Excellent communicator who aligns cross-functional stakeholders with different priorities through trust and adoption.

What Success Looks Like at 6 Months
Joined Roadmap: Engineers and AI Builders run smoothly off one unified roadmap with clear specs and a structured QA/testing cadence.
Organic Adoption: AI Builders voluntarily adopt lightweight PM templates and visibility processes without feeling slowed down.
Productization: Paired engineer & AI Builder projects ship without collisions, and at least one AI-built solution has been successfully productized into the core platform.
KPI Ownership: Business-value KPIs for the Platform product area are actively owned, tracked, and driven.
