Product Manager Platform

You will identify high-impact platform problems using product data, operational feedback, and quality signals. You will turn recurring needs into shared capabilities, prioritize reliability and technical-debt investments, define success metrics, write requirements, make technical tradeoffs with engineering, and drive delivery through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact platform problems using data and operational feedback
• Turn recurring needs into shared services, tools, and workflows
• Work with product, engineering, and operational teams to understand workflows
• Prioritize investments across product enablement, reliability, efficiency, and technical debt
• Define and track business, reliability, cost, and manual-work success metrics
• Partner with engineering on technical tradeoffs, build-versus-buy decisions, and rollout plans
• Write requirements and drive delivery through launch and iteration

Requirements

• Experience owning product strategy and execution for technical products, platforms, or shared systems
• Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, system dependencies, and failure modes
• Analytical ability to investigate problems, define metrics, and evaluate platform investments
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and complex tradeoffs
• Experience building AI products with evaluation, safeguards, and human-in-the-loop design
• Experience with critical software such as support, compliance, identity, billing, fraud, or trust and safety tooling
