Product Designer

You will define the design language and visual identity for robot products, create concepts and high-fidelity renderings, design for usability and human interaction, assess form-function-cost trade-offs, and support prototyping and testing before engineering handoff.

Responsibilities

• Define the design language and visual identity for autonomous robot systems
• Create concept designs, sketches, and high-fidelity renderings
• Design for usability and human interaction
• Ensure design concepts are technically feasible and manufacturable
• Evaluate trade-offs between form, function, cost, and technical constraints
• Support prototyping and testing before engineering handoff

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong portfolio showing shipped or near-shipped physical products
• Proficiency in CAD tools including SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Rhino and visualization tools including KeyShot, Blender, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and material properties
• Ability to work with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers
