Product Designer

You will lead product design from problem framing and user-needs definition through execution and launch. You will conduct research, ideate, prototype, test usability, and refine experiences. You will turn insights into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for complex institutional workflows. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners, facilitate design critiques and workshops, and improve the design system.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from problem framing through launch
• Conduct research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and iterative refinement
• Translate insights into personas, journeys, system maps, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
• Design intuitive interfaces for complex workflows and data-heavy institutional products
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Facilitate critiques, workshops, and collaborative sessions
• Contribute to and evolve the design system
• Raise standards for craft, user advocacy, and design excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing web or mobile products in fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of UX fundamentals, interaction patterns, and product thinking
• Ability to simplify complexity and design intuitive experiences for technical or systems-heavy products
• Ability to communicate design decisions using user insight, data, and rationale
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, hierarchy, layout, and component thinking
• Portfolio demonstrating process, decision-making, and measurable impact
