Procurement Manager

You will lead a procurement team across Taiwan, the UK, and Finland while building procurement processes from the ground up. You will manage supplier relationships, plan purchasing around data center schedules, and manage supply risk, lead times, and total cost of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the procurement team directly and through a Team Lead in Taiwan.
• Build procurement processes for sourcing, purchase-to-pay, supplier onboarding, approvals, contracts, and reporting.
• Own selected OEM, ODM, and distributor relationships.
• Negotiate, escalate, and secure hardware allocation in tight markets.
• Prioritize stakeholder requests from Infrastructure, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
• Plan purchasing around data center build schedules.
• Manage supply risk, lead times, and total cost of ownership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of global procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience in data center hardware, servers, GPUs, or another technology supply chain.
• Experience leading teams across countries, including through a team lead.
• Experience building procurement processes.
• Vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
