Description
You will build and operate procurement processes, policies, approval workflows, and automation. You will negotiate strategic vendor agreements, manage key supplier relationships and renewals, improve contract and spend visibility, and partner on contract terms, risk reviews, and controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic vendor deals across software, cloud services, data, and professional services
- Structure committed-spend, usage-based, and multi-year agreements
- Manage key vendor relationships, performance reviews, and renewal negotiations
- Design procurement workflows, policies, approval thresholds, and supporting tools
- Automate procurement intake, contract review, spend analysis, and reporting with AI workflows
- Improve vendor-spend and contract visibility and deliver savings through consolidation, right-sizing, and renegotiation
- Partner on contract terms, vendor risk reviews, and audit-ready controls
