Procurement Category Lead AI and Crypto Data Center Construction

You will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for construction services and operations categories. You will develop sourcing strategies, run RFPs, negotiate contracts and statements of work, manage purchase workflows, track orders, and serve as the primary procurement contact for assigned sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute total-cost-of-ownership-driven sourcing strategies
• Lead bidding, negotiations, and contract management
• Manage internal and external cross-functional relationships
• Optimize specifications and requirements with internal stakeholders
• Lead RFP processes, including vendor identification, bid leveling, and commercial comparisons
• Draft and negotiate statements of work and amendments aligned with master service agreements
• Serve as the primary procurement contact for assigned sites
• Manage requisition-to-purchase and procure-to-pay workflows
• Maintain sourcing records, order tracking, and work-completion records

Requirements

• BS/MS in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a similar field
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related analytical role
• Ability to read bills of materials and understand critical infrastructure components
• Advanced Excel
• SQL or Tableau experience is an advantage
• Regular travel to Rockdale, Texas, and periodic travel to Reno, Nevada
