Procurement and Logistics Analyst

You will manage the global logistics cycle for technology equipment, including imports, exports, reporting, and compliance. You will support procurement, supplier coordination, inventory tracking, receiving, invoice reconciliation, and equipment liquidations. You will coordinate international shipping, maintain equipment stock, and ensure delivery, cost, quality, and service expectations are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage global logistics for importing, exporting, internal reporting, and compliance
• Streamline vendor communication on quotes, delivery estimates, and pricing
• Communicate quality, cost, delivery, service, and innovation expectations to suppliers
• Support quoting, purchasing, receiving, inventory tracking, and payment reconciliation
• Coordinate equipment receiving and installation
• Maintain inventory, track usage patterns, and proactively order equipment
• Confirm costs against approved purchase orders and verify invoices
• Organize and coordinate equipment liquidations
• Coordinate with third-party shipping providers to facilitate international shipping

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in technology logistics and procurement
• Experience with US and international customs, importing, exporting, and taxation requirements
• Knowledge of USITC and the Harmonized Tariff Schedule
• Ability to work with third-party shipping coordinators for international shipping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio
• Experience with IT-related procurement is preferred
• Interest or experience in automation is strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills
