Principal Technical Program Manager AI Infrastructure Operations

You will lead cross-functional operational programs for AI and HPC infrastructure. You will track availability and uptime, optimize incident and change processes, coordinate engineering and vendors, manage capacity readiness and risks, and communicate program status to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic operational programs
• Establish, track, and improve infrastructure KPIs for availability and uptime
• Develop operational-health dashboards and reporting
• Optimize workflows across fleet operations, network operations, and SRE
• Standardize incident management, change management, and postmortem processes
• Coordinate engineering teams, data-center operations, and vendors
• Translate capacity plans into infrastructure delivery and readiness roadmaps
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate impacts
