Architect advanced machine learning solutions, lead complex initiatives, improve engineering standards, mentor junior engineers, and guide teams in building scalable production-ready systems. Create, deploy, monitor, and optimize models for fraud detection, recommendations, and other large-scale applications.

• Create, train, and fine-tune machine learning models
• Deploy, monitor, detect drift in, and retrain production models

Requirements

• Advanced degree in statistics, machine learning, or a related area
• Statistics and machine learning expertise
• Experience leading large-scale data science initiatives
• Hands-on experience creating, training, and fine-tuning models
• Production model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining experience
• Classical machine learning experience in fraud or anomaly detection, recommendation, or churn/LTV
• Supervised learning and transfer learning
• Neural networks
• Basic LLM knowledge
• MLOps foundations including feature stores, experiment tracking, model registries, and continuous training pipelines
• Model serving and inference optimization
• Graph-based fraud detection experience
