Post-Silicon Lab Manager

You will run daily post-silicon lab operations supporting CPU validation, power and performance assessment, and debug. You will scale lab infrastructure, lead bring-up and platform validation, manage equipment and budgets, and maintain inventory, calibration, silicon allocation, and safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day lab operations for CPU post-silicon validation, power and performance assessment, and debug
• Lead the lab environment for first-silicon power-on, system bring-up, and platform validation
• Deploy and maintain server racks, data-acquisition systems, power telemetry rigs, and automated test benches
• Manage the CapEx budget for lab equipment
• Own inventory, calibration cycles, silicon allocation tracking, and lab safety compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field
• 8–12+ years of semiconductor hardware experience
• 3+ years leading a post-silicon validation, characterization, or hardware lab team focused on CPUs
• Knowledge of PCIe, DDR, GDDR, HBM, SerDes, and fabric links
• Board-level debug experience
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and lab scheduling tools
