You will help keep production systems efficient and available. You will support services across production, testing, and development environments through monitoring, alerting, resilience, and on-call support. You will contribute to designing, implementing, and managing scalable, cost-effective cloud, networking, and storage infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure production systems remain efficient and operational
- Support services across production, testing, and development environments
- Provide availability, monitoring, alerting, resilience, and on-call support
- Contribute to designing, implementing, and managing large-scale cloud, networking, and storage infrastructure
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating services
- Familiarity with SRE principles, automation, monitoring, and incident management
- Experience with several DevOps tools, such as Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, or Shell
- Exposure to DevOps build and testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management
- Ability to deploy and operate solutions in existing production environments
- Experience with SQL database manipulation and software development, preferably in Go, Java, or Python
- Written and verbal communication skills
