People Partner Support

You will support call center teams in Burkina Faso and Mali by coordinating HR strategy, improving organisational effectiveness, managing performance and employee records, handling accommodations and employee processes, tracking HR metrics, and implementing engagement and retention initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR strategy with the Support department
• Improve organisational effectiveness through restructuring, engagement and retention
• Implement performance-management workflows
• Audit employee sick-time records
• Track employee tenure changes for benefit and health reviews
• Update employee records and HR systems
• Manage work accommodation requests
• Coordinate employee explanation letters
• Track HR policy adherence and HR metrics
• Address recurring absenteeism
• Support recruitment, onboarding, resignations, terminations and contract completions
• Conduct exit interviews
• Audit overtime submissions
• Implement recognition, reward, team-building and retention programs

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Labour Law or a related field
• Fluency in English and French
• At least 3 years of experience in HR management, recruitment and employee experience
• Experience in organisational development and discipline
