People Operations Manager

You will build and scale People programs and operations across the UK and EMEA. You will develop onboarding, performance, engagement, HR systems, benefits, immigration, and compliance processes. You will partner with leaders on people decisions, maintain employee resources, and lead cross-functional operational projects.

Responsibilities

• Shape People operations for expansion into new markets
• Build and improve onboarding experiences
• Run performance review and engagement survey cycles
• Own People systems, workflows, data accuracy, automations, and integrations
• Manage benefits programs and provider relationships
• Manage visa sponsorship, renewals, and international relocations
• Maintain employment policies, documentation, and compliance processes
• Partner with managers on growth, performance, feedback, and people decisions
• Create employee connection and recognition opportunities
• Keep employee resources and People program communications current
• Lead cross-functional expansion and operational improvement projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of People Operations or HR experience in a high-growth environment
• Experience supporting rapid expansion across EMEA and local employment practices
• Experience with UK immigration, visa sponsorship, and EMEA employee mobility
• Experience building programs and processes with minimal direction
• Project management skills
• Experience with HR systems, workflows, and automations
• Rippling experience preferred
• Communication skills, emotional intelligence, and discretion with sensitive information
