OTC Sales Trader

You will support the pricing, negotiation, execution, and settlement of OTC digital-asset trades. You will monitor market conditions, source liquidity under supervision, manage orders within risk and compliance procedures, support post-trade settlement and reconciliation, maintain records, and assist with client onboarding and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time OTC pricing, trade negotiation, and execution
• Assist with trade negotiation preparation and client communication
• Monitor price movements, volatility, and liquidity across venues
• Source liquidity from internal systems, exchanges, and external partners under supervision
• Support order management within trading limits, risk controls, and compliance guidelines
• Assist with settlement and post-trade processes, including wallet confirmations and reconciliation
• Maintain trade records and support reporting and documentation
• Participate in client onboarding discussions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve OTC processes

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of experience, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field
• Interest in cryptocurrency markets, trading, and digital assets
• Basic understanding of financial markets or trading concepts
• Ability to follow procedures and compliance requirements
• Ability to work in a team and take feedback
