OTC Sales Trader

You will support the pricing, negotiation, execution, and settlement of OTC digital asset trades for institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients. You will monitor market conditions, source liquidity under supervision, manage orders within trading and compliance controls, maintain trade records, and assist with settlement, reconciliation, reporting, and client onboarding discussions.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time OTC pricing, trade negotiation, and execution
• Assist with trade negotiation preparation and client communication
• Monitor price movements, volatility, and liquidity across venues
• Source liquidity from internal systems, exchanges, and external partners under supervision
• Support order management while following trading limits, risk controls, and compliance guidelines
• Assist with settlement and post-trade processes, including wallet confirmations and basic reconciliation
• Maintain accurate trade records and support reporting and documentation
• Participate in client onboarding discussions
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and improve OTC processes

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of experience, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency markets, trading, and digital assets
• Basic understanding of financial markets or trading concepts
• Knowledge of OTC trading is a plus
• Ability to follow procedures and compliance requirements
• Ability to work well in a team and receive feedback
