NOC Engineer Supervisor

You will provide hands-on oversight for frontline NOC operations supporting AI cloud infrastructure. You will ensure urgent issues are resolved, manage compute, storage, and network impacts, respond to customer escalations, lead incident management, improve observability through automation, maintain runbooks, and communicate customer needs to product and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NOC workflows to ensure critical issues are resolved urgently
• Manage impacts to compute, storage, and network resource pools to meet SLA commitments
• Respond to customer escalations during business hours and shared on-call rotations
• Lead incident management and drive impact-prevention actions
• Create and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks
• Drive automation to reduce toil and extend observability
• Work directly with customers to support reliability and performance
• Communicate customer needs to product and platform teams

Requirements

• College diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience directly supporting customers using compute infrastructure at scale in 24x7 environments
• 5+ years of hands-on network and systems operations experience in large-scale compute environments
• Experience with OpenStack, similar open cloud platforms, or modern private cloud stacks
• Understanding of VLANs, VXLAN, OSPF, BGP, NSX or similar SDN technologies, routing, switching, and load balancing
