New Media Manager Social and Community Growth

You will grow new media platforms through original recurring formats and fast-turnaround content. You will plan event coverage, develop regional formats, use audience insights to guide campaigns, manage editors and contractors, and track retention, subscriptions, and participation.

Responsibilities

• Develop platform-specific growth strategies for YouTube, TikTok, Fomo, and future platforms
• Create recurring content formats
• Build a bench of on-camera talent
• Plan and produce content around events
• Develop regional and non-English content formats
• Turn around timely content quickly
• Translate audience insights into actionable feedback
• Integrate content into priority campaigns and launches
• Manage editors and contractors within budget
• Create content that passes legal review
• Prioritize retention, subscriptions, and participation metrics
