New Grads 2026 Algorithm Software Engineer

You may develop and deploy perception and deep-learning models for real-time autonomous driving, forecast the behavior of dynamic agents, explore localization and environment-representation algorithms, contribute to planning and vehicle control, or build simulation platforms, scenarios, and evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy perception and deep-learning models for real-time autonomous driving
• Design models that forecast the behavior and intentions of dynamic agents
• Explore vehicle localization and environment-representation algorithms
• Contribute to motion planning, decision-making, and vehicle-control algorithms
• Build simulation platforms with sensor modeling and 3D environment reconstruction
• Develop simulation scenarios, agent behaviors, and AI-driven simulation evaluation methods

Requirements

• MS/PhD degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience, with an expected graduation date before December 2026
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Python
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
