New Business Account Executive (DACH market)

Own Vivid Money's institutional expansion in Germany by engaging PE/VC funds, holding companies, family offices, asset managers, corporate service providers, and other high-value accounts. Build strategic partnerships, educate clients on Treasury and Money Market Fund solutions, shape localized go-to-market strategy, and represent the company at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision-makers across PE/VC funds, corporate holding structures, asset managers, and corporates.
• Build strategic relationships with accountants, tax advisors, and law firms.
• Run end-to-end commercial cycles for high-value accounts from discovery through compliance onboarding and closing.
• Educate fund managers and corporate treasurers on Treasury and Money Market Fund solutions.
• Refine the Ideal Customer Profile, localized messaging, and regulatory positioning for Germany.
• Represent Vivid Money at financial services, fund industry, and fintech events in Germany.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B or institutional sales experience within Germany's financial ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of German financial structures, liquidity, and banking relationships.
• Established network or demonstrated ability to reach CFOs, Fund Operations leads, Managing Directors, and Domiciliation Agents.
• Technical fluency in FX, money market funds, yield generation, and compliance/KYB processes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a high-autonomy environment.
• Full professional fluency in English and German.
