Model Behavior Model Designer

You will work with researchers to understand and shape model behavior. You will design model collaboration and interaction defaults, partner on live and multimodal interfaces, collect high-quality data, define evaluations, analyze feedback and quantitative insights, and manage projects that improve how models collaborate with people.

Responsibilities

• Work with researchers to understand, predict, and shape model behavior
• Design model collaboration, initiative, oversight, and feedback interactions
• Build adaptable interaction defaults
• Partner on live and multimodal interfaces
• Collect high-quality data
• Define evaluations for human-model collaboration
• Identify improvements using feedback, quantitative insight, and research priorities
• Manage multiple projects on tight timelines

Requirements

• Experience in product design, UX research, content design, conversation design, or model behavior work
