Middle/Senior Backend Developer (Python + .NET)

Job Summary
As a Software Engineer, you will analyze and evaluate AI-generated code and technical solutions. You will identify issues, assess the quality of AI responses, finding mistakes, and uncovering reasoning gaps.

We are looking for candidates with a background in IT projects outside the gaming, gambling, and primary focus on cryptocurrency industries.

Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated code, technical solutions, and engineering approaches.
Identify bugs, incorrect assumptions, architectural issues, and weak reasoning in AI responses.
Test and evaluate agentic coding models designed to perform complex engineering tasks at a senior developer level.
Compare AI-generated solutions against senior engineering standards and best practices.
Requirements
3–8 years of commercial experience in Backend Development.
Strong experience with at least one backend technology: Python (FastAPI/Django or similar) or .NET.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend development.
Experience with PostgreSQL or other databases.
Experience working with existing codebases and unfamiliar repositories.
Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2).
Bonus Points
Experience with AI/LLM tools or integrations.
Experience with C#.
This is not a traditional software development role. You will use your engineering expertise to analyze AI outputs, find issues in their solutions, and help train better AI systems.
