Middle Media Buyer Google Ads

You will manage and optimize global Google Paid Search campaigns and YouTube brand awareness initiatives. You will build acquisition funnels for web and mobile apps, maintain tracking and attribution, analyze full-funnel performance, and automate campaign management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize Google Paid Search campaigns worldwide
• Plan and run YouTube Brand Awareness campaigns and Brand Lift Studies
• Manage large-scale Google Ads account structures
• Build and optimize web, app, web-to-app, and quiz acquisition funnels
• Launch mobile app Search campaigns and ensure tracking and attribution
• Work with AppsFlyer raw data and campaign-level attribution
• Maintain campaign naming, tagging, and tracking structures
• Analyze full-funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Automate campaign management and reporting with Google Ads Editor, Google Sheets, and AI tools
• Expand into Performance Max, Display, and Demand Gen campaigns

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience focused primarily on Paid Search
• Experience managing web and mobile app acquisition
• Understanding of mobile app Search campaign structure, tracking, and analysis
• Hands-on AppsFlyer experience, including raw data and attribution
• Experience with web-to-app and quiz funnels
• Experience managing advertising budgets of at least $50K per month
• Understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, tracking, and performance measurement
• Experience managing many Search campaigns with Google Ads Editor
• Experience automating workflows with Google Sheets and automation or AI tools
• Good English at B2+ level
