Description
You will design, build, and operate infrastructure for large-scale training and inference. You will benchmark and model scheduling, caching, and network performance, identify bottlenecks across the stack, and turn research ideas into resilient production systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate infrastructure systems for training and inference
- Model and measure scheduling, caching, and network performance
- Identify and remove system bottlenecks
- Turn research ideas into production systems
- Collaborate on infrastructure and model design
- Track emerging hardware and systems research
Requirements
- PhD completed within the last 6 months or expected by December 2026 in a relevant field
- Research background in distributed systems, operating systems, scheduling, storage, networking, architecture, or high-performance computing
- Depth in scheduling and resource management, distributed storage and caching, or datacenter networking
- Systems programming experience in C/C++, Rust, Go, or similar, plus Python proficiency
- Experience building and evaluating real systems
