You will identify and execute opportunities to accelerate delivery with AI capabilities. You will make systems and knowledge stores usable by AI, build prototypes and production systems, reengineer codebases and processes, evaluate AI tools, and help guide technical decisions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute opportunities to accelerate delivery with AI
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to apply AI
- Make codebases, systems, and knowledge stores legible to AI
- Improve quality and velocity with AI tools and agents
- Evaluate and use new AI tools and models
- Build prototypes and production systems
- Reengineer codebases, infrastructure, and processes
- Help guide technology decisions
Requirements
- 5 to 15+ years of industry experience
- Infrastructure or platform engineering or developer acceleration experience
- Daily use of AI models and tools
- Python
- Knowledge of Rust, TypeScript, Go, and AI product and research stacks
- Understanding of CUDA
- Experience balancing exploration and exploitation
