Member of Technical Staff Health Systems

You will lead the design, development, and launch of product capabilities within health systems, from ideation through ongoing support. You will make product and architectural decisions, build scalable enterprise tools, uphold security, privacy, and reliability standards, and collaborate across functions to deliver launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and launch of capabilities inside health systems from product ideation through ongoing support.
• Make product and architectural decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Build enterprise product capabilities and convert recurring needs into scalable tools and processes.
• Uphold security, privacy, and reliability standards.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, sales, support, legal, and partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong engineering ability and product judgment around risk, reliability, and production changes.
• Ability to understand complex systems and identify the source of problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for enterprise and clinical audiences.
• Preferred experience with health systems, EHR integrations, clinical AI benchmarketing, agentic workflows, and enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Preferred location is in-person in San Francisco or Miami; remote candidates must be stellar and willing to travel often to meet with the team.
