Member of Technical Staff Growth

You will own developer-growth outcomes from problem discovery through production delivery and measurement. You will build growth foundations such as event tracking, funnels, experimentation, and lifecycle messaging; run rigorous experiments; analyze funnel and cohort data; and create polished, accessible product and marketing experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own developer outcomes from problem discovery through production delivery and measurement
• Build event tracking, funnels, experimentation frameworks, and lifecycle messaging
• Design and run experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics
• Interview developers and translate their feedback into working code
• Create polished, fast, accessible marketing-site and product experiences
• Analyze funnel and cohort data and communicate findings
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing, data, and sales
• Use AI coding tools while owning the quality of production work

Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping user-facing products
• Experience on product or growth surfaces as a senior, staff, or founding engineer
• Full-stack skills in TypeScript, React, backend services, APIs, data models, and SQL
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and product analytics
• Ability to define problems and solutions, not only implementations
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
