Member of Technical Staff Full Stack Front End

You will build datasets, internal data-tooling, and evaluation interfaces that support model development. You will own evaluation frameworks, analyze model behavior, turn data and model outputs into inspectable user interfaces, and translate product and customer needs into system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create datasets, products, and user interfaces that unlock model capabilities and use cases
• Build internal data-tooling and evaluation interfaces for evaluation, debugging, and data inspection
• Develop and own evaluation frameworks for model quality, reliability, and emergent characteristics
• Run analyses and experiments on the effects of data, training choices, and interventions on model behavior
• Turn model outputs and data into clear, inspectable user interfaces
• Partner with product managers and customers to translate needs into model and system improvements
• Iterate on techniques for building trustworthy AI products
