Member of Technical Staff

You will design and ship end-to-end product capabilities, build on inference and serving systems, create fine-tuning and post-training tooling, deliver regional product requirements, set engineering standards, and use AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship product capabilities from ambiguous needs through production
• Create capabilities on top of inference and serving systems
• Ship fine-tuning and post-training tooling for LLMs
• Turn EMEA-specific requirements into product capabilities
• Set engineering quality standards for the regional team
• Use coding agents and AI tooling in development
• Join customer deployments or conversations when useful or interesting

Requirements

• Apply first-principles and critical thinking to novel problems
• Demonstrate software engineering depth in backend systems and infrastructure
• Have a track record of shipping owned production systems
• Use Python and at least one systems language
• Use AI-assisted and agentic engineering
• Understand inference and AI infrastructure
