Member of Technical Staff Android Engineer Computer Growth

You will build and own Android growth experiences across installation, activation, onboarding, lifecycle messaging, conversion, retention, and upgrades. You will run experiments, integrate billing and paywalls, improve notification journeys, and use funnel data to deliver measurable product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own Android growth surfaces across the mobile funnel
• Lead experiments from hypothesis and instrumentation through implementation, analysis, and rollout
• Build flag-driven and server-driven experimentation patterns
• Own in-app purchases, paywalls, billing integrations, subscription flows, and pricing experiments
• Build push and lifecycle notification experiences, including targeting, deep links, and measurement
• Collaborate on consistent cross-platform onboarding, upsells, and in-task nudges
• Optimize app store performance and attribution
• Improve activation, retention, notification engagement, conversion, and habit-formation metrics
• Translate behavioral signals into durable product surfaces with cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Android mobile engineering experience shipping consumer apps at meaningful scale
